He's paying out the nose for the Vegas and gravel pit "lake" properties, can't make more than $50K a year, routinely blows money on failed business ventures and likely has gargantuan legal fees stemming from the Webio debacle.

Did he save his money from the Score days? I guess that if there were restaurants that would feed him for free for a shoutout, he might have been able to sock away some money, but payments on all his genius investments have to have eaten most of that by now.

Are there still people gullible enough to support him?

Keep in mind this is a guy that turned down $800k a year. He was clearly very smart with his money if he could afford to do that. At worst, he knew that he'd be making little to no money on Webio until it became the newest internet sensation.

Also, he does work, and probably gets a decent paycheck for his national hosting job.

So the answer to this titillating thread is, he works? Crazy world we live in.

You and I have a different definition of "decent paycheck", because there is no way when you combine everything he does it is over $100K a year. probably more like $60-75K

He turned down $750K on principal and has been on record that he might have done things differently? Yeah? No shit

Before turning down the $750K he didnt have the expenses of monsters in the morning, which he funded and lost, then his web show, which lost money , then his Webio expenses, now his web like thing.

I would say that now he is turning a profit, but not much.

If you remember, North was asked to go get a better offer, so he "peddled around town" talking to everyone and nobody would give him a nickel.

And the bank does not let you declare a short sale on your land, if your finances are fine.

I dont think the guy is broke, but the warchest is severely depleted, due to his ego, nothing more.

I'd put him around $100k. He's featured pretty well by Fox Sports and I think he's next in line for a daily radio show, possibly with a co-host, when a spot opens up. That's a good enough paycheck to me to pay for all your expenses.

He's probably going to lose at least a years worth of salary after taxes for his bad real estate, and another for his Vegas real estate, but that still gives him multiple years of making $1.5 million + whatever else he made at the Score before 2004.

But he probably has 1 house paid for and has essentially stopped paying the mortgage on the other...same with the Las Vegas condos. You could dare the banks to foreclose on those Las Vegas properties. Remember, Mike was getting paid six figures for webio AND BeBe was getting a decent check as well. I imagine they made in the 200Ks from Hernandez. Then Melman probably gave him a decent mercy salary for a year.

I don't know, but I would bet he's making 100K with no mortgage or kids to feed. That

As I remember it, he gave up his high-profile radio job to pursue his life-long dream of being a professional sports handicapper.

Is there any kind of media that he has not promised to revolutionize and then spectacularly crash and burn? There was radio with webio, the internet with MNEN, Newspapers with paying for the Sun-times column, and Television with Monsters.

Don't forget music and music video with Caucasian man. Or real estate with his 5 minutes from the airport video.

Is a movie in the works?

Mike North is literally the opposite of Steve Jobs.

Yeah, but he bought formula for his producers. That shit is expensive.

If he was betting the picks that he was selling, then he lost quite a few jellybeans. I'm not saying, I'm just saying!!
