MJH make fun of Carm, Silvy, OG, Levine. They really don't go after Hood

I think these guys lay off making fun of the black guys because there somewhat afraid of being accused of being racist. Just a thought.

I'm write here, yo. Just waiting in the weeds, waiting for my opportunity. This board, while on the surface may seem like a good fit for my anti-Hood stuff, is just more of the same, with the exception of you, SP, not going after everyone for the lack of pigmentation in their skin.

Hood is a fraud - and he does lift shit and take way too many liberties from other hosts, and writers. The guy also likes to listen in on sports talk shows from other markets on the internet and likes to copy them as well. He thinks he's fooling the listener.

Maybe this is how on-air personalities develop their own style, I don't know. Seems to me that your ceiling would be pretty low if you got to the point where you were essentially a really good mimic of others. Seems to me the personalities that make it (ie get nice contracts, nice time periods, nice ratings, etc.) bring in their own style, and mix in other influences - Hood, AND I'VE SAID THIS A MILLION TIMES, has never been able to tell the listener who he is - is he someone with a sense of humor? Is he a southside hatin' black man? Is he ebonically-challenged? Is he gonna fall for the banana in the tail pipe?

I'll take the OG over Hood any day.

No, your not the only one. The big mistake that on air people make is they think they can pull one past the listeners. Chicago people are pretty smart. I don't think that Hood and others realize that we can see a phony from a mile away.

All do respect Nas, Ive always hated hood. Asner had no influence on me. I don't know about him listening to out of town radio. Put I heard him repeat lines of other people many of times.

I think your hell bent on defending Hood. Thats fine. But I think we all have made some valid points that you just dismiss. You always say that we just hate him because of his weight or the bill thing but I've never mentioned that nor has alot of people.

When Hood did a few score overnites I noticed that he would always set up a new topic direction around 3 or 4 in the morning - I later realized it was because the morning papers had probably just been delivered and he was getting a jump on the headlines of the day - as if he himself wrote the headlines himself - but he never said "in todays papers"...so he's a thief and a liar and a crook! (Judge Mathis says Guilty!)

J. Hood is the one guy on ESPN I refuse to listen to, All of the holiday fill-ins were tolerable, if not very good, except for him. He's obnoxious, condescending, and incredibly unprofessional. It's one thing to have a little fun breaking bad on some of your associates...he was flat out nasty, especially to Brian and even at time his co-host JD. What the hell is his problem?

I will take OG over any host at ESPN other then Mac. This could be a big year for Mike. Look for him to either take over 7-10pm or 9:00am to Noon.

I guy called up on MJH and echoed the thoughts on this board. He said that Hood was boaring and a phony. He said he's the black guy trying to sound like the white guy. MJH didn't really defend Hood. They just said "Cmon".

When they started the show Mac was making fun of Hood's ability to read emails. I think MJH realize that Hood is a phony no talent hack as well.
