The OG thread was entertaining, it was lively. It was over 1000 posts strong. And now it is gone.

Services will be Heard at Michael's Funeral Home Limited, 800 South Roselle Road, Schaumburg, IL 60193 .

The thread shall be waked at 6pm, followed by a mass, and then interment the following morning at 8am sharp.

All are welcome to attend.

Presentation of Eulogies from the dear friends of the faithful departed will be welcome and appreciated.

Can I light the fire for the cremation? And then piss out the ashes?

After the visitation at Michael's, head about 1/4 mile north on Roselle and visit Lalo's. Food is god awful, but the Margartia's will erase any memory of the OG.

Or you could head south on Roselle about 3-4 miles to the Coach House, open til 4 a.m., with your local 21-30 yr old sluts looking for some action. DUI's to go from the Roselle PD await your exit from the establishment.

This is especially funny given that much of Wrigleyville is more suffocatingly homogenous than most of the suburban locales mentioned in this thread.

I don't currently, nor have I ever lived in Wrigleyville. Still I would take Wrigleyville over Schaumburg's city center (or any of the newer suburbs mentioned here) any day of the week. If you are talking about some of the older suburbs (lake forest, evanston etc.) I might agree with you.
