The Bears had the #1 pick. Us Bears fans were glued to sports media. Everyone knew it would be a bounty for the score and 1000.

increased and not bad for a station that is national 1/3 (or more) of the time when the local market is craving bears talk

i can't even listen to their morning drive as it starts after I'm at work

Over on this side of the Lake, WMVP seems to have lost signal strength. Not sure if it's them or me, but I have a really hard time keeping the signal during the afternoon drive time, the only shows I'll listen to there. Now, I will try a local morning show, but not any of that shit they have on now.

Perhaps it's like how we lost Channel 11, they just don't aim any signal our way.
