I'm not sure about IL but online CLE is arduous. they pop up quizzes on you every 10-15 minutes to make sure you are actually paying attention.

She needs basically 15 hours of CLE for every year she's been out of practice.

It's easy. I just pay a company some money and they send me all the cheat codes for the CLEs.

I worked for a case management company and I would go all over the country doing CLE's. It would be funny being up there and listening to the CLE directors of all these bar associations scolding all these attorneys for doing everything but pay attention. I would sometimes pick people out and ask them questions just for the fun of it. they would be so pissed most of the time.

People who attend CLEs in person are the bottom of the barrel. I would never hire an attorney who would do something so dumb.

no you're wrong. Once you get that law license re-established it's just a quick 15 minute drive to the local court house and from there another 5 minutes to file your action against Trump and force him to show up to Will County in 2 weeks to enter his appearance.

next week is when I'd typically be doing them all day in the basement of the Hyatt. glad i'm not having to do that anymore.

I once drove to Kansas City to do an onsite CLE. Was told there would be 30 people in attendance. I got there the night before and read an email that told me that all of them had decided to do it online instead. I drove to the office to get facetime with the bar director anyway but they also didn't come in. it was me and the CLE director and a entire table full of chipotle catering. such a stupid waste of time most of these.

Some states still do not allow virtual CLE.
