I did not see the FOX report, so I can not accurately quote what was reported. But my understanding is that FOX reported Hernandez was involved in one of North's mortgages, correct?

I pulled the information on his current property from the Cook County Recorder of Deeds, and there is mention of Columbia, but apparently after Hernandez was in jail.

Can anyone clarify?

Are you looking at the one to Michael and Beatrice North in June 1996? Hernandez's guilty plea and sentencing were in '98.

If I was North I would get that title to say only Beatrice North.

Just asking for clarification as to what was reported on the news. You know, do a little checking (and it doesn't even cost $3.99). And yeah, I was confused about the dates - same bank, but are they sure Hernandez was involved in it? I assume they paid the money to order the actual documents if that's what they reported?
