2)Congress (Dems and repubs alike) want to stomp out all live broadcasts. Football games and political events all have a chance of a guy in the crowd yelling expletives. Proposed wider enforcement of FCC penalty: $ 350 K for each potty mouth slip up and garment malfunction. Result: Monday nite football held off till Wednesday, so networks can double proof-edit and save their ass, something a 5 minute delay may not be enough to catch things for.
