It's funny reading that on "Fanhouse", home of the of the least interesting and/or overly sensitive columnists.

Was North actually going to sue Rodeovann? From his facebook status updates, he seems to be one of the funnier and cooler guys you are going to find.

This was before my time, but I've seen it referenced a number of times. What was the story behind the "lawsuit"?

RV please replay the famous North on air threatened lawsuits issue.

I don't want RV sueing me, for making false statements about the suit that Northw as going to serve him with.

I'm trying to figure out how one argues that Kuselias is a "public" figure. Besides his parents, ex-wife, and Stephania Bell, who the hell has ever heard of the guy?

The article was okay, not great. It did a great job, however, of raising semi-concrete points and then asking questions rather than answering anything definitively.

Isn't that what a lawyer does? Tells you why you should win a case and then tells you the other side of the possible way you can lose the case and then how much you owe him.
My grandparents told me that in Greece they never used attorneys, way way back in the day. They had judges and the judge knew the law. You went in presented all facts and the judge decided who got the goat? Lawyers just muddle the process to avoid clear information.

Sweet retribution that the news breaks that Monsters in the Morning is getting cancelled the same day as Rodeovann's birthday.
