Congrats to the next 2 in line to fall under the Mike North train. I have never once ripped North for getting these gigs. I have always said there will be some guy who remembers North from 1997 and think he is getting that guy again.Then he becomes somewhat impressed during the meetings that North knows what the bottom line is and thats all that matters.

The problem will once again come in the form of content. It's gonna be bad! It's the same crap. Same interviews, same kronies, same shit.

Funny thing is the Press Release trying to convince people in Chicago, who already know who Mike North is, that his past is somehow good and it is going to translate into some good show?

I don't know how long the show will last, but I give Terry Savage 6 months of working with Mike. She will get so sick of the stupidity of the arguements, she will say GOODBYE.

"Mike, not everyone can pay off their house and payments are not a bad thing, because you can deduct some of those payments" Terry

Less than 6 months for Terry, nort's nonsense will drive all of them out.

I'll bet Pappy really thinks he can treat Terry Savage like a "Jen Jen". He can't do the "toots" and "doll-face" with her. He can't make sexual innuendo jokes with her on the air. Pappy thinks all the ladies find it cute like little Jen. Terry Savage will raise holy hell if he tries to pull that shit with her. She's an acutal pro that wants to maintain credibility, dignity and respect on the air.

The comments/insults she can walk away from and ignore, I just think she will get so pissed that she was hired to discuss things on the air and North will be playing devils advocate on everything and just taking the other side because he really will have no idea what he is talking about.

She should have a lunch date with Annie Wells before she agrees to this.

Remember, she was going to be the smart one who could stand up to Mike.

These suits and their ideas boggle my mind. Usually TV guys or girls have have to be comfortable to look at. Thats ONE STRIKE. In the morning, especially that early, you'd want someone easy to listen too. Not nails on a chalk Board. STRIKE TWO! As Bigfan has said- Same act, Same Production, Same phony talk louder than the other person approach, Same old arguements without any basis. This hasnt worked in years with anything North has been a part of. STRIKE THREE!!!!

7 - 10 was bad enough. 5 - 7 is doomed from the start. I just cannot see any reason why this will be any kind of success. What kind of audience wakes up early to "watch" meatball TV? These two Execs will be fired for this!

Aren't there test patterns on some stations between 5 and 7 AM that will have higher ratings than this latest North nonsense?
