He reminds of me Eddie Haskell. I can see him kissing up to management, etc. the way Eddie Haskell used to tell Mr. Cleaver how nice it was to see him this evening and Mrs. Cleaver how nice she looked, and then once they're out of earshot he acts like a complete jagoff. Only Laurence is acting like a jag on the air. How he gets, let alone keeps, all of these jobs (especially the one on NBC with that ugly mug of his) is beyond me.

Maybe he is just practicing his harrassment to get a gig at ESPN

i would like to provide some levity and say that laurence is great for the first hour or so after a bears game. he was always a hall of very good bears beat reporter, IMO.

As a Bears reporter he was better than Zach Zaidman and on par with Jeff Dickerson. I don't think it's possible to be a good beat reporter being around the players so much means you have to be a bit of a suck up hack. But Zach is worse than famine.
