for most people that would mean that the price they are getting for the land will not even be enough to cover the loan...thus they will be SHORT.

Many times, the banks OK the short sale and they agree to forgive the debt, because MOST of the time the person doesnt have the money to cover the debt in the first place, so the bank takes the lessor of the 2 bad postions.

Yeah, and "forgiving" the debt may mean different things. They're still going to blacken your credit. And you may get a nasty surprise in the form of a 1099-C for the amount forgiven.

Nort also said "Jim Grobe ain't walking through that door" in reference to Syracuse beating Wake Forrest (Grobe is a former Wake head coach). I'd wager quite a few units that if you walked up to Pappy on the street today and asked him who the current coach for Wake Forrest is, he would have no idea. Same goes for Syracuse also.

I thought he said "Jim Brown ain't walking through that door" and then you can actually see the moment that he realized that he was taking Syracuse and had to spin it on the fly on how that doesn't matter.

I love his course corrections in those videos when he starts saying something that doesn't make sense.

I am guessing he heard they are looking for a local media person to sit in with whomever is doing the play by play...and he couldnt get in because his agent is his wife...so his "Team" came up with this!!!!!! lol
