This North/Webio drama is pretty amazing from WI-ite. Reminds me of a similar of a now-defunct Fox station in Virginia in the early 90's that I heard from another media-related site. The Fox station started with state-of-the-art equipment and barred to public-access-type equipment. Many behind-the-scenes and cash problems lead to the station shutting down. The station came back on the air shortly as an Indy, but that didn't last long; the station didn't last a full year before shutting down again. They signed on back under different owners as a PAX/ION station, which it still holds to this day.
