I love MLB Gameday audio. Jon Miller is great as he has that Verne Lundquist grandfather feel to him. Also, I listen to a lot of Indians games and their play-by-play guy Tom Hamilton is a fun listen. He gets really wound up for home runs, strike outs and nice plays. For as terrible Ed & DJ's home run calls are that's how great Tom Hamilton's are.
