the handtats are a new one for me... i've seen plenty of people with dumbass words tattooed on their knuckles, but i can't remember anyone (especially in the massmedia) who has the artwork extend to the top of their hands... that's new to me.

Funny thing to me is that Goff's "beloved" open (for his show) contains that "son of a black man from Kenya, and a black man from Kansas" clip.....without the Windows alert sound in the middle of it. So for his show, they can cut that out....but for B&B, it remains!

One thing I have noticed in listening to Goff here and there, is that I think HE needs to have a partner (more than anyone else who does solo shows). He always sounds way too concerned about filling up EVERY second of airtime with his voice....he's like the anti-Jim Rome in that way. Much better when he has Matt or someone else there to let him take a breath.

Indiana is pretty good team now with a lot of balance - Granger (although he's off to a bad shooting start), David West, Darren Collison, Paul George and Roy Hibbert. That's not a championship team, but it's good NBA team.

He doesn't suck. He's a decent NBA big man. That's just another example of that show trying to draw reaction.

Philadelphia is another interesting team. They have so many interesting parts, yet they lack that true go to guy. They don't even have a pure point guard - Holiday is still developing into one, but they let Evan Turner handle the ball when he's in the game at times, Lou Williams also does his share.

There's there's guys like Iguodala who are freak shows, and Hawes is off to a great start this season.

They can cause a lot of matchup issues with all of their size and athleticism.

Speaking of IND, they rolled over ATL last night in Indy. I was not anticipating this. ATL lost Horford in the first half. Not sure how long he will be out.

On a show, Bowen reminds me of a stoned guy that has a ton of stuff to say. If you frame it, he'll go. Otherwise, sitting and solving the problems of the world in his head.

I agree with 5k Suit that Goff seems to do better with a partner. I still really dig the solo show, but until he can pump the brakes a little then a partner seems necessary at this point...
