Who are these chicks anyway? Are these the two channel 5 weather women?

The hoodie is un-tucked. That is pretty clear...You can see the 1.5" elastic band at the bottom.

It's because he has chosen to use a HUGE tie knot that is too large for his head/body. I am not a fan of the obscenely large tie knots (believe it might be a full windsor knot, but not sure). He is shorter than the other people with him on tv, so this large knot makes it look like he is overcompensating for his smallish stature with a knot. I would recommend he move back to a smaller knot that fits his suit, shirt and body size a more effectively.
