Terry keeps his energized brilliant radio humming along

Is there another Terry Boers in Chicago radio that you know about, because I can't remember the last time I've heard the current TB energized or brilliant.

I heard TB energized the other week, but it was with Paruch, not Bernstein.

As a matter of fact, I enjoyed a wonderfully dry Alice White chardonnay just yesterday. It perfectly complemented my lightly seared sea scallops served in a rather decadent beurre blanc sauce, made especially satisfying by the use of artisanal European butter and organic, locally produced cream. Highly recommended.

Do you have a table for 4 on Friday night around 8pm? Bruce Weber and I will be bringing by a couple Public League coaches.

Actually, Bruce just blew in a call from the Hadley School for the Blind, where he's doing some recruiting. He says that the Public League coaches had to cancel because Bill Self is flying them and a couple of hookers to the KU game in San Jose this weekend. The coaches will be replaced by Eric Gordon's unsigned letter of intent and Patrick Beverley's missing transcript.

Make it 3.

Eric Gordon's unsigned letter of intent just called and told me it would rather have dinner at XScoreGuy's place. Odd, he just told me minutes before that he loved your place.

I invited Jamar Smith, but after he thought about it for a second, he decided the gathering would be pretty dead, so he's just going to go home. Brian Carlwell wanted to come, but he has a headache. Bruce doesn't have a problem with either one.

Alright Midget.

I'm just going to grab 2 guys off the street and have Weber talk to them. They'll be pairing up Raclette with Macon Blanc before they get their coats off.

(You're destroying Illini recruiting by the way TM.)

I invited Tank but he wrote back saying he was busy for the next 90 days or so. I wonder what those number/letter combinations are on the outside of the envelpoe....

I invited Doug from Evg Park in Mundelein, but he's too busy playing with his:

M-Audio BX5a studio monitors (they sound awesome btw),
18 Dunlop Jazz III guitar picks (black) ,
Danelectro Tremelo Pedal,
Danelectro Vibrato Pedal ,
Boss Compression/Sustainer Pedal ,
Korg Guitar GA 30 Tuner ,
and Two guitar hanger wall mounts for my two acoustic guitars that are virtually unplayable and will now be considered "art."

I believe Jamar's exact phrase was that in the end the Alice White had a rather lifeless body...

Actually, I hear Bruce has these guys putting a lot of effort into grinding out a nice sausage. It'll go well with a warm can of Old Style.
