I guess the person who designed 670thescore.com used the same design for the other CBS owned sports stations.

http://www.espn1300.com/

AM1300 is CBS owned.

Sadly, the ESPN 1300 site still looks better than 670's.

It's like Bizarro-Score. And yeah, horribly done.

Yeah too much going on and it looks like it was done by a kid who's just starting out.

Yup. Template is awful. Cluttered and not easily navigated, not to mention it's just ugly. Looks like a high school student's angelfire page.

Oof. OOF.

This is one of those things that seems like a really neat idea when you think of it, but once it's actually executed, you say, "aw crap, it was better in my head," and start over. Trust me, I'd know. I had this idea for my high school band's CD to take a picture of the windows in our brand-new band room to really play up the new era of our band program, a band program with windows in our band room, but then once I took the picture, I realized it was just a wall with a big window, which would not make for compelling graphic design, and came up with something much better. Tangent, I know, and not really all that relevant, because this is less about uncompelling design and more about why it's a bad idea to paste a low-resolution monochrome headshot of Mike Murphy on an ad board at Comiskey Park. In conclusion, oof.
