Murph shouldn't even bother to talk about basketball, he just embarrasses himself.

pizza_Place: Suparosa on Central between Irving and Montrose. Forget about the rest!!!
The co-mvp's of the series for the Bulls were Wallace and Heinrich. The game is more than just offense folks. I do agree though that Murph should be talking baseball. I am sick of hearing draft and NBA playoff talk already. I will tune back in tomorrow and hopefully it will be 2 hours of baseball talk.

Deng was the best player in the series, and even Murphy would know that if he wasn't trying to create a different take on the series.

Nas, you should have kept listening...

He keeps bringing up this column John Jackson wrote (first he said he wasn't going to say his name, then he said it, then when he brought it up again 5 minutes later said he wasn't going to say it) last year saying the Bulls shouldn't waste all their cap room on Wallace. I'm not sure what Murph is trying to prove. Yes Wallace played well in that series but I'm not sure one series justifies an expensive, long term deal. At the end of one call he forced the caller to agree with him that Paxson was a genius for signing Wallace.

One series doesn't make it a great deal unless it's the NBA Finals. Advancing 1 round isn't worth $15M a year. Murph is the same guy that told us Gordon would be the 2nd best player in Bulls history.

Didn't he also enlighten us with the observation that Ron Artest doesn't play a lick of defense?

I spit out my pop reading this. Gordon isn't even the 2nd best player in the post jordan era.

L.Deng
E.Brand
K.Hindrich
A.Noccioni
R.Artest
B.Gordon

What do you expect from the man? He isn't even a one-trick pony, as a baseball guy--he's a half-trick pony.
