Who's been hosting Chicago Baseball Tonight all week, with Carmen and JD sitting in on "The Show" 7p-9p? Are the guys doing a double header or is the station at least bringing in J Hood for the 9p-11p slot?

With the departure of Rosie and Sean that does leave a slot open. It seems like JD and Carmen are gonna get the 7-9 show. Coppock and Levine do baseball tonight on some nights. But Levines covering the Cubs/Sox on most nights

But I guess this leaves the door open for Hood to get some more air time on Baseball Tonight 9-11 week night show. Maybe a weekend show for him too. Because JD had his own Sunday show but now it looks like he'll be a 5 day a week guy.

Hood's been waiting around at ESPN 1000 for over a year. Maybe he gets regular air time now. Nas is jumping up and down over this possibility.

I'd love for Hood to do 9-11. It would allow him to resurrect the unofficial post game shows.

I think Hood is a better listen at night or on the weekend. I think he's at his best solo but good with either Carmen or JD. He bugs the heck out of me when he fills in for MJ or H.

In all honesty, now that Waddle is no longer being caddled in the two hour time slot, they only need one show at nights. 7-10p or 7-11p...

Yeah. You're right. It's probably cheaper to pay 2 guys to do 4 hours then 4 guys to do 2 hours each.

Or...how about this. MJH move from 3-7 to 2-6. Carmen and JD go from 6-9 and J Hood goes solo from 9-11. Either way, I have a long commute every weeknight and really like the pairing of Defalco and Dickerson. I just hope those guys get that slot.

I don't know if he was drunk, but the Gridiron Assassin was seen drunk at a Schaumburg bar late Friday night, or was it Saturday morning giving some stumbling drunk guys from Omaha, Nebraska a ton of shit.
