How is this guy employed?

His analyses make no sense, and he cant even talk.

How the hell did he get the job as Kaplan's sidekick?

Do you think Kap actually likes him?

Kap dominates the opinions and David just piggybacks on everything he days out of fear.

What do u think of Dejesus?

for the record, I like DD, but he is just awkward in that job.

Marquee will be stillborn if that happens. If they do make a change, I think it's more likely they go with a big personality.
