Good for him. He seemed like a genuinely good dude. Bad at a daily show, but maybe this will be a good place for him |

Never on day games during the week, and rarely when they're on the West Coast. He was with them before. Then I think they had Rongey. As much as I can't stand Rongey, at least he knew what kinds of pitches went across the plate. Not so sure with McKnight. |

I'd rather an aloof true White Sox fan as the pre/post game host than a "knowledgable" St Louis dickweed. |

The post game with Frank and Ozzie on Comcast was really good though. Especially during the playoffs. |

The Comcast/NBC has always been good. Posednick is bland as white rice when he is on, but even with Melton that was the best option for Sox post. |

Feder says that Connor will also do play by play when Len is over on TV covering for Benetti. That sounds less than optimal. |

It always fascinates me how networks/businesses can’t help themselves when it comes to employing retreads. McDoink does not move the meter in any way. Never has. Never will. But I guess he will keep getting work. Good for him. But he sucks |

Not one of them is qualified enough to do pre/post and fill in 25 games a year, and not settled in their home community? If they don't want to live in Chicago in the winter then they do White Sox Weekly remotely, places like Columbus and Reno have studios. |

Not ESTL, good heavens, but like Alton or Sauget. Curious Hair wrote: Len and Benetti are basically the same person. Same sabermetric love, same referential humor from all the same cultural touchstones. The Sox may as well bring Connor McKnight back into the mix and hit the English Major With Stat-Geek Affectation trifecta. And they did! Enjoy your Arrested Development home run calls. |

Is Goff ending up with another gig in town an example of white privilege, too? He’s a media retread type I’m referring to. Just like McDoink. Go elsewhere with your crackpot social analysis |

Neither Goff or McDoink are good. But I predicted this about McDoink when he got fired from the SCORE. He's the type that will just hang around doing some shit in media. Like others have said, nobody listens to pre and post on the radio. I know I don't. So he's doing something that nobody will hear. I don't like him. But good for him. They had to hire somebody. I do wonder if McDoink beat out Rongey for this job. Cuz Rongey is looking for a job as well. I'm sure he applied to get his old SOX gig back. |

I liked McKnight in this role during that one year he held it with WGN. In my opinion, he was their best pre and post guy since Dave Wills. What's kind of funny is Andy Masur went from being promoted to completely ousted in the span of about one year. |

Masur was always a bad fit with the Sox. He's good at what he does, but he's a Cubs guy. Only South Siders or former players should broadcast for the Sox, in my opinion. |
