He may be a scumbag, but I'm not a Big Fan of suing someone for what was ultimately a consensual sexual encounter nearly 20 years after it happened. How is someone supposed to be able to prove a negative two decades in the past? |

At a minimum it causes embarrassment. If the allegations are true, waiting this long seems like a poor play. |

I listened on occasion before I had Sirius in the car. I was never a big fan of the morning drive sports shows. I wouldn't say I was a regular listener though. It's funny though. If you are familiar with the show when Kathy was still on, I wouldn't have said that Eric was the "driver" or the more important of the two. What does Curious Hair think? Am I mistaken? |

Erik & Kathy was played regularly at my old gym. I thought it was awful from what I listened. When I read about Kathy leaving I found the story interesting. She seemed nuts, but took a leave and left truckloads of money on the table just to simply not be around Erik. Seemed pretty clear the guy was a piece of shit. Story is probably legit, but yeah.....suing after that many years is questionable. |
