Ehh, you're probably better off just keeping the radio off until 2 or 3pm.

iPod.. CDs.. daydreaming.. all are good alternatives to the crap in the midday.. or you could suffer through 9-noon and then kill yourself during DPs interminable pauses.

Gore sent out hit squads of lawyers trying to disqualify the military absentee ballots that weren't postmarked as required by law. I have discussed this in other topics.
I believe that USA Today concluded that Bush would have won had Gore attempted a legal recount. But who knows what would have happened if that let that old bitch in Palm Beach County keep making up the votes? Remember? I do. There was one ballot that didn't have a vote for President. So she determined that since that voter had 7 votes for Dems and only one vote for a Repub candidate, that the voter MUST have intended to vote for Gore!!! They counted that one for Gore!!!!

I was refering to those who still wish to re-write history about the 2000 election. They aren't interested in facts, just about laying claims without any fact attached like the woman counting a non-existent vote for Gore.
