Not sure if you really need to see Jurko live, he certainly looks completely disinterested most of the time, but does give you an honest take from a former player. Kap does some odd performance art thing, but that is his bit and he's been doing it for the last 50 years, but Kappyland looks nice in the background. You want to like the CHGO stuff, but you just can't, still too much baseless arrogance from a few the hosts. Sad and pathetic attempts at content by a circling the drain Larry Holmes. A daily radio show is way too much content from Hully and Haugh, the world does not need any more tepid Bears takes from two guys with a face for radio. There is an odd guy with coat hanger shoulders that does some odd Bears Now thing, not sure why? Just want the dude to hit the gym for some upper body work because his lack of upper body development makes his head appear distractingly large. |

I generally like what Olin Kreutz has to say, and most of the time Dan Hampton and Ed O'Bradovich. The rest of it ain't worth pulling up. |

Kap has a loyal group of YouTube sheep viewers who praise his fake shallow bluster as speaking for the fan. He out views Larry the victim 10 to 1, and Mac 30 to 1. |

Kapland looks an awful lot like Pappyland, looks as if life has been good for Kap, but he got in back in the day when you could make a bit of paper doing sports talk radio. Maybe someone should tell Larry that there really is no need for him to do a post game show, or any show for that matter. Mac is kinda going through the motions, he must be getting at least some paper for doing digital content? Maybe just to try to sell his book? Still can't do the Carm thing on CHGO, swarmy and arrogant dude who has no reason to be arrogant, tepid football thoughts at best, same for the other dudes on CHGO, too bad they pissed Olin off, he would have given them a bit of perspective, but apparently his perspective either scared them or they didn't like him calling their tepid football takes? |

I tried to get into the Mac podcast but it's the same problem I have with Stern. Why bother at this point? |

Everything I see from CHGO and I can see why Olin put Hoge in the human torture rack. |

Yup, expected a bit more when they launched, they seemingly are trying to cater to a very niched audience, but cannot give you any real unique football thoughts. The thing with Olin was a big tell, seems he quickly had enough of guys that know absolutely nothing about football reacting in a condescending manner to a guy that played in the league and was giving them actual unique football thoughts. Hoge and Carm are a part of the hapless "Bears Media", that wanders aimlessly around Halas Hall waiting for the PR people to give them the teams talking points for the day. You can listen to team beat writers or any WSCR host and you will get the exact same thoughts, the leading stories and takes are incredibly similar and that only comes from only talking to a small group of like minded people. The silliest take they all had was that the Bears o line was gonna be just fine, nobody outside of Halas Hall thought Braxton Jones was anything more than a below average LT on his best day, the kid apparently has never really committed to the weight room or learned how to anchor against inside power rushers, and none of the geniuses in the Bears media wondered how you could go into the season with undersized guys at center and RG, bigger DT's were blowing up everything, a blind man could see they needed size at guard and that Pryor was the only guy that made sense. |

Hoge is the best thing on that platform. I like his work. |
