Why didn't the Score send their best show, B&B to the Super Bowl? To me its a huge mistake to send North, and not B&B.

Why send any? I can definitely live without my local guys slurping D-list celebs and past and present jocks who come on air to pimp something. Vomit inducing radio.

They could do it on the cheap by sending a producer with a good phone.

If you are old enough to remember when the Score used to go to the auto show and the Taste with every show then perhaps the reason B&B stayed home from the Super Bowl is the same reason.

They have it written into their contracts that they do NOT have to go. That is why you only have part timers usually at many events, if even anyone at all.

Even cheaper if they get an unpaid intern from ASU broadcasting juniors who can dial the "celebrity hotline" from the radio row booth.

It's a way to hopefully get new advertisers.

I don't get the morning show going as well. Local time at the start of the show would be what, 4 AM? Who in the hell would even be available as a guest...even near the end of the show? By the looks of the guest interviews they have on the Score website, it looks as if the morning show stuck to formula, old retired players, many of whom were just above average and all of whom are dull. Surprise, surprise, yawn. Do we really need to hear the unfunny, dull road stories of that crew?

Mully or B&B I actually would look forward to given that they would be more inclined to have smart assed media types, or god forbid more recent NFL types that might actually make for relevant if not funny radio. (See Chad Johnson interview)
