Memo to 670 "The SCORE" Management: We know Ed Farmer & Steve Stone are "the new White Sox Radio broadcast team on 'THE SCORE'"! We are now 45 games or so into the 2008 regular season, and promos are still running on your station! From the burly voiceover to all the guys at the end of their updates every 30 minutes and the rotating billboard at Sox games at U.S. Cellular Field, enough with the promos already for Ed & Steve! Please retire those promos ASAP and get to work on other things such as having all SCORE hosts & reporters start saying 670 "The SCORE" and fixing morning drive by getting rid of Mike North! It is not too much to ask! |

Someone earlier mentioned something about this being in another thread. That is correct, but it's not stopping the White Sox flagship station from continuing to mention "the New White Sox Radio Broadcast Team of Ed Farmer & Steve Stone on 670 'The SCORE'" in promos & and the end of every sports update throughout the day. I'll give it a rest myself when WSCR gives the promos a rest. It's not "NEW" anymore, folks! |

Well you can be sure I did not remove a post ripping something the Score did in their unending sickening promotion of the white sox. Pretty sure 99.9999% of the listners know that the Sox are on WSCR? (I know they are looking for the .0001%) |

If they pushed the Blackhawks down Chicago's throat like they do the Sox, they might not have jumped ship. "The home of the Chicago Blackhawks, our next Hawks broadcast is at 7 against Detroit"? Oh, and I made this thread already. It's called "And Now Steve Stone." |
