It went something like this: Hey everybody. Hall of Famer Dan Hampton here. Join me and Larry for the best Chicago sports talk. Weekdays; 10-12. Sorry. Any athlete that introduces himself as "The hall of famer" is a jack ass. That's just wrong. Other people should introduce you as such. If you have to do it you are begging for recognition. That's very unbecoming of #99. I'm sure he just read what they wrote for him. Somebody at the Score should know that sounds stupid. |

Its the score trying to get their money's worth for signing this stuttering pile of garbage banking on the fact that the HOF mention might garner some recognition. Just be thankful he didn't mention the 85 Bears. |

Just be thankful he didn't mention the 85 Bears. Phil, I've heard a little bit, and "Danimal" stutters like "Stuttering" John Melendez did for years with Howard Stern before John became Jay Leno's announcer on "The Tonight Show". I'm being very honest... |

City of Fools wrote: so does he stutter on the Leno show? No, John doesn't stutter on Leno, but that's what he did for years with Stern. Melendez had a legitimate "Stuttering" problem when he was a student at New York University, and that's why Howard called him "Stuttering" John until a few years ago... |

Phil McCracken wrote: People still watch Leno? Factually speaking, Leno constantly beats David Letterman in the Nielsens, even when Dave got his writers back before the end of the writers' strike... |

Why's that? Laurence is the one who dreams about stabbing people. Just ask him. But don't call him Larry. |

It will be super neato. |
