WSCR Wins

1. Neither had anyone available to speak on Thursday at 4 PM

2. WSCR salesperson returns my call at 11 AM today

3. No call back from ESPN

I have a new loan shark business I wanted to pimp.

Still no ESPN return call. (I will give them a 2nd chance soon)

Caveat at the Score call back was not from the girl I left the message for, she obviousely threw the lead to someone else.

There are certain companies that ESPN Radio will NEVER advertise on any of their stations, and "Silvy & Waddle" mentioned the ones for male enhancement, such as the creepy Enzyte guy...I bet Heavenly Bodies also never gets the time of day on AM 1000...

Still no call back and I am probably not going to buy the time on ESPN anyways, at least for now, I just figured my new Not For Profit Company "Chars 4 Khids" is better suited for WLS

WSCR called back, ESPN Hasnt. still

Not sure if Mac read this and joked about it, but he did say "Call our sales staff and they wont call you back" on the air.

You'd almost figure someone at ESOPN would email me rates for ALL time slots by now

Heard Richman running an ad today, looking for new sponsors.

Beebo's ideas: don't accepts ads from things that can only be described as "products." Erection pills, fish oil... This and the damned loan sharks, car donation, the fatty doctor who doesn't advertise anymore (Gupta).

If it weren't for Hampton bringing his Chevy ads, they wouldn't have anything of sustenance to advertise.

How many years has Heavenly Bodies been pushing their crap on that station?

WSCR sales staff did a fine job. Wished I had a guy that was that aggressive working for me. He was pushing for the meeting right away. Did his job.

Going to say the ESPN message was left in a guys voicemail named Nate? Ned?
