I used to love that show. Murphy got his start about 15-20 years ago doing a weekend sports talk show on WLS called FanTalk. Does anyone remember that show? |

12,602 posts since 10/27/08 .... wow! Not surprisingly there were not a lot of positive responses to his request for prayers.... |

Believe it or not, I do remember "FanTalk" during the early years of "The Big 89" as a talk radio station back in the late '80s. "Murph" hosted the show on WLS-AM, circa 1989 I have to say, on Sunday nights long before "The SCORE" signed on the air in 1992 at 820 AM. Dan Azzaro replaced "Murph" if memory serves, and I think he went on to program another sports radio station somewhere in America... That's all I remember... |
