While driving home, Dan and Terry played the transition from the Mully/Hanley show to Murph. The clip started with Mikey stating he didn't want to argue because he was in a good mood (not sure of the context). Mully (I think) made a comment of something to the effect of "That's a first" regarding Murph being in a good mood. Well, Murph didn't take well to that-it appears he walked out of the studio. Brian and Mike seemed to take it in stride-just another day at the office with Mikey.

Terry stated "he has no comment" but thought there were those who would find this interesting.

He needs to be gone now. Give that two hours to Mully and Hanley, who are actually entertaining. I left him on for 10 minutes yesterday, for no other reason than I was too lazy to get up and turn off the radio. He starts his show by playing the whole fucking Super Bowl Shuffle, while muttering undecipherable comments underneath it. You could tell even his producer was embarassed. He'd try to lower it and Murph is saying, "No, not yet!" His whole show is so outdated, from the lame segments to the lamer sound effects and that annoying nasally voice. Murphapalooza is about as relevant as Lollapalooza. Get him the hell off of my radio.

I never thought i would say this, but i find myself listening to more and more of Dan Patrick due to this clowns ass. He is completely incompetent and loves to talk over callers. The biggest pet peeve of mine is when someone calls in and he says "back in elementary school you played football right, we all knew that when the ball touched the endzone it was a touchback, can you believe the refs didnt know that?" Meanwhile, the guy called to say something about Orton and just has to say yes to get Murph to stop talking.

More specifically, Terry indicated that he was being asked about the feud frequently during remotes and implied that inquiring minds would understand after hearing the segment. When he mumbled "so Childish" near the conclusion of the bit I thought he was about to go off, but Bernsie (probably wisely) moved on to another topic.

For what it's worth, I kind of liked Murph when he was on in the morning, but his pettiness has worn thin with me. I'm with A7X, give the extra time to Mully & Hanley and be done the childish nonsense.

Seems the writing is clear on the wall.

I think everyone agrees that Murph's show should be dumped, and that Mulli and Hanley should go until 2p. What are you waiting for Mitch??

He's been missing. Along with S.p. the Black Mack. I'm starting to feel like Murph "I wonder why STU doesn't call me during what's your beef anymore."
