Well I guess it's official. If this is the real Cy, then it's confirmed. Any hope I had that Murph wasn't a douchebag I guess is gone. First hand witness account is pretty unbeatable.

There is nothing inconsistent about liking Murph's work on air and understanding his personality off air.

After reading this thread, it reminds me of a story back in the early 2000s I heard from a guy who was a salesman at the score. The Producer had a real ethnic name, can't remember now but I think he may have been Asian, like Chinese/Korean/Indian. .

You have a lot of things mixed up. He hasn't been good since he worked the evenings and even then he started getting bad. I know you can point to his ratings but even bad hosts have long time listeners.

With Fred he beat Mike and Mike in the morning. He beat the last hour of MJH when he was on from 6-11 in the evenings.
So, to say his success is just because of the 12-2 slot would be incorrect.
