2 Week suspension for any media member that does not give proper attribution to Monsters in the Morning.

Looks Like Herald writer Mike McGraw got slapped w/ a 2-weeker.

I guess Hanley violated in the past, probably over the same subject (Reinsdorf interview).

Even if he is a goof and is using Reinsdorf's OWN station to supposedly break stories, he deserves proper attribution.

a main test for infringement is that there has to be a chance that one brand would be confused with the other (i.e. likelihood of confusion)

That is why I am able to get away with billing my pre-shower bowel movements as "The Monsters in the Morning"

Suspended from what? Appearing on Monsters? Isn't that more of a reward than a punishment?

I would like to ban any mentions of Joe Bartosch for referencing a possible Bulls trade and not giving CSF credit as I said the Bulls might have a trade! The Ban will last 37 hours. Yeah this is going to fuck him up! BAM!

Did Mike get mad for someone mentioning something Reinsdorf said on his wreck......I mean show? Didnt Mike make a living by preparing for his daily bore fests by watching the early Sports Center? I use to have Sports Center on and hear North talking about exactly what I was watching. Whatta Pro! That other Monster in the Morning Show has been around for awhile. If North was more relevant, I would guess that there ould be some kind of legal course they would take. Its probably not worth their effort. Rodeo's ATTORNEY wife got an opinion on the Name thing?

In fact, I'm seeing little, if any, difference.
