Why does he always yell? He's doing sports on Chan. 5, screaming the entire segment. He moved to Chan. 2, did the same. Goes to WSCR...still screaming. Now back to Chan. 5, and he's still screaming. I don't remember Mike's stint on Chan. 7 very well (like it was worth remembering). Was he yelling back then, too? |

Plus he has that creepy "1000 yard stare" look in his eyes, popularized by Charles Manson, and more recently by Dick Jauron. |

His eyes look like a guy who hasn't slept and eaten last 72 hours and operates purely on Red Bull and Gatorade. Hair looks creepy too. I don't know if it's just a case of bad haircut, a rug, or if he puts some color in there. Add to that his yellow rubber bracelet the Gladiators past and you have yourself one creepy dude. |

You would e sitting quietly, watching whatever program it was, and they would cut to a commercial. AND THE COMMERCIAL WAS FOR JEWELRY EXCHANGE, ABOUT 80 DECIBELS LOUDER THAN THE DAMN TV SHOW (sending you scrambling for the remote). That's the Adamle experience. You'd get the soft-spoken Warner Saunders handing off to sports, AND THEN ADAMLE COMES ALONG SCREAMING. I was amazed he lasted on Chan. 5 as long as he did - and they wanted him back? What's with that? Speaking of Warner Saunders, remember him as Chan. 5's afternoon sportscaster? |

Slow witted, can't read the copy right, isn't this true of more than one weekend sports anchor? Is this what a major market deserves? Being an ex-jock must count for a lot. |
