Did you want to give any specifics or are you just trying to be snarky?

Here's what I would do with 670 The SCORE during the week:
5-9a "Mully & Hanley"
9a-Noon "Dan Patrick Show" (LIVE!)
Noon-3p-"Boers & Bernstein"
3-6p "Mac, Jurko & Drinky"
6-10p Jason Goff/Brian "The Whipping Boy" Paruch*(Nights there's no White Sox Game)
10p-5a Sporting News/FOX Sports Radio Programming

Two things of note...I predict John Jurkovic will join Mac down the dial, and Matt Abbatacola will be the third wheel. Also, I think Sporting News & FOX Sports Radio will be merged into one. Both radio networks now originate from Los Angeles, and I believe Sporting News has some of its content already on FOXSports.com.

Mac & Steve Dahl-6-10am

Ryan Baker & Bruce Wolfe-10-2pm

(Seasonal)
Talking Cubs & Sox-Dave Otto & Ron Kittle-2-6pm
Talking BEARS- Buffone & O'B & Hub
=====================================
I think my line-up is bold & different...just thought
I would throw it out there....feel free to throw it back!

Hey SHARK, I doubt WSCR will drop a mint on Mac and then only give him 3 hours a day. If they sign him I think they'll want to ride that horse as much as possible.

They've got CBS Radio $$$$, feel free to spend it! What the hell are G.M. Paul Agase & Program Director Mitch Rosen waiting for? I don't want to hear the recession as an excuse! GET MAC SIGNED...NOW!!!

For a major market sports talker that is the flagship station of the Chicago White Sox Radio Network, and is now owned by CBS Radio, The SCORE's trying to get off real cheap. I've heard enough of "Hamp & Holmes", I can't stand "Murph's" irritating voice, and I want Mac back on the air PRONTO!! :x Get it done!

CBS is bleeding money, they won't overpay-no need to. Who are they competing against for Mac? Webio?

No LOHO? Forget the Dan Patrick show and try to pair Murph and LOHO. I think that could be an interesting show. Also, give Jay Zawaski a 10pm-Midnight show. That would be a selfish suggestion on my part, since that's when I'm driving home. I love his Hawks insight as well as his baseball knowledge. I can't stand driving home listening to national replays of DP!!! It seems like Dan is always talking old news and just gabbing with his producer.

Post subject:  Re: How to FIX the SCORE

The "Dan Patrick Show" was always better LIVE when it was on ESPN Radio. I know some 200 stations, including 670 The SCORE, now broadcasts D.P. via syndication with Chicago-based Content Factory, including Dan's nightly "Above the Noise" commentary. Not every sports talker airs Dan's show live, but a complete list is on DanPatrick.com, and you'll know which ones broadcast Dan live and which ones on tape. I've heard enough of "Hampton & Holmes", and I've heard less than flattering things about "Murph" working with a partner. He & Brian "The Whipping Boy" Paruch do seem to work okay together, but it definitely pales to what he & our mutual friend Fred Huebner did...

Post subject:  Re: How to FIX the SCORE

hampton and loho need to go. their old producer is better on the air than either of them
murph needs a partner

mac and drinky and goff could do mornings- i also think they need a female doing something for a morning show, it doesnt have to be all creepy like dirty old man north and his girls, but there should be a good, sports educated female voice.

I would follow them up with M&H from 10-12

then B&B from 12-2

i dont know what the hell to do with the drive home. You know who I wish would quit broadcasting and come back to chicago to do radio is mark grace. Put murph and grace and someone else together, too bad webby is gone, he would work with that group.

Here's one for you...Are you WSCR? Are you 670 The SCORE? Nothing drive me more nuts about them more than mentioning the station's call letters & the moniker, but not the frequency! :x You're not ESPN Radio, guys. If I were running the radio home of the White Sox, it's time 670's identify yourself as one or the other! Is it too much to ask? Speaking of the Sox, when will the team get it through their thick skulls that Ed Farmer is NOT John Rooney and never will be? Get a REAL PLAY-BY-PLAY VOICE and stop making Farmer into someone he's not! :x

AM Drive: Abatacola & Schweicka

10-2 Murph & Les Grobstein and a rotating guest (Ernie Broglio, Cap Boso, Lee Elia, someone like that from Chicago past)

2-6 Danny Mac, Bernsie and Geroge Offman

6-10 Rock, Goff, Pharouk

10-12 Replay of hihglights form Abatacola and Schweicka, Murp&Grobber, & Danny Mac

12-5 David Stein (actually not a bad listen)
