I think SCORE management thumbed their noses at fans like you & me when they gave Laurence Holmes the midday show, TeeLander, without giving other younger, part time hosts such as Brian "The Whipping Boy" Paruch, Matt Abbatacola, Jason Goff, Zach Zaidman & Chris Rongey a chance to WIN THE JOB once they moved "Mully & Hanley" to morning drive last summer. The hiring of former Bear Dan Hampton as LoHo's co-host was WSCR 670's second mistake. Hampton bumbles, stumbles & fumbles trying to say a complete sentence like "Stuttering" John Melendez used to do on Howard Stern's former show on terrestrial radio before becoming Jay Leno's announcer on "The Tonight Show". Hamp's that brutal! I don't know what in the hell Program Director Mitch Rosen & V.P./General Manager Paul Agase are waiting for. The sooner WSCR pulls the plug on that piece of monkey crap between 10a-Noon & finally sends the annoying voice of Mike Murphy outta here can't come fast enough! Chicago sports fans deserve a lot better than the UNLISTENABLE JUNK that now airs between 10a-2p. What the hell are they waiting for? If they're not careful, the White Sox might be looking for a new radio home when their deal expires next year.

Laurence isn't the problem, it's his mumbling, stumbling partner.

the mumblin and stumblin wouldn't really bother me if he had something interesting to say. larry would be a better sidekick. i used to like the "me and Z" show.

And for the record, Hatchetman, the "Z" as in Dan Zampillo is currently Sports Director at a sports talk radio station in Kansas City, MO.

No, he's assistant PD at 720. They just mentioned it on the Cubs game.
