Post subject:  OH Those MONSTER Expenses

The tensions rise daily as the expenses come in faster and faster. Mike tries to pass them off, accounting says NO, and the pressure starts to build. Of course, the revenue is not even close to anticipated, expected or lied to ones self. COMCAST will let Mike run his ego show as long as he pays the bills they put on his desk. Look for this to come to a halt with very little notice and Mike blaming accounting for the mistakes, with saying "WEBIO" in every other sentence.

Is there anyone as the "other" voice? To say "hey, maybe you should do it this way?" Or is everyone associated with this just yes-men?

my comcast guy tells me that what pappy said he would bring in and what he has actually bought in, is a difference that has comcast squirming a bit. I suspect the show will get a face-lift out of the blue some time during the summer.

Mike and Dan need more interaction with callers. They need to take phone calls

HUGE ISSUE here with what Mike does. He should not be bringing in ANYTHING, he should work on creating a good show and hire good people to bring in $$$$$.

This is the very essence of a terrible businessman.

Comcast has to be screaming for the webio to pick up some of the tab.

What gonna make Nort actually pull the trigger on the gun next to his head:

MITM Which, is such a horribly crafted car accident, one would wonder why Comcast agreed to even put it on their station.Dont the big shots at ComCast know this show is a laughingstock that resembles a public access show? And actually, there are public access shows that actually look more professional that this eye sore.

I actually gave this show a chance, on account of I wanted to hear about the Hawks, and you had this lummox, and his 400 pound cart he call Jiggs he pulls around, clueless about the sport, humiliating themselves in the process, with some big tittied fatty handing Nort a paper here and there, with the casual close up shot of Jiggles, and BTW, Jiggles, dont do a side shot, it makes your head look deformed, like you came out of E.T's asshole after a binge on Reeces Pieces, grabbed an apron, and spilled a drink on Norts lap while you worked at that over rated dive Gibsons, and youve been stuck next to him like a fucking leech ever since. Which makes me wonder, how could Jen actually let Nort be her sugar daddy for so long, with nothing to show for it? Me thinks one or the other has herpes and is forcing the others hand......

or

The already dead Webio? My job is such that Iam on a computer most of the day, and I havent even clicked onto the webio site once....not once. The commerical they have, with a bunch of out of shape fugly men sitting around with one hand hidden doesnt scream "listen" to me, but I might be in the minority.
You would think, I dont know, they would advertise on their commercial how to download shows onto ipods so they can listen on their morning commutes, you know, trying to get their show out there, but who am I?
My web site ranks near the top of the alexas ratings, while the webio wont even be on it next month.

The Poofer- I could teach you morons how to be signifigant, and my price is cheap.

congrats, myguy, you've managed to make North look intelligent next to you. Ad revenue may be less than expected, but there isn't any major bleeding yet and the Corno's are good friends with North at this point. Predict something you're close to rather than hearsay from industry "insiders".

I am not sure exactly how North's deal works, but if the first $$ in goes to pay for COMCAST expenses, then they probably have no issues with the Monsters show.

I would guess know has a threshold of money he will lose, or 'invest' int he show and anything after that he looks to pull the plug.

Thus, the door it is over, it is because he didnt EARN enough money.?

i have a close friend who works in management at comcast. the mitm is more then breaking even right now- the advertisement spots were already paid for and the constant lineup of good interviews is really holding the show up. viewership is up every week, and overall the show is doing as good as expected. comcast loves the idea that they can simply leave 3 hours open every morning and actually have programming that people talk about and try to watch.

Not true Ike, like you, I have a comcast guy and the show doesnt have the viewership they hoped, thats why they stopped taking calls and emails, because no one was bothering to do so. The money? Well, like i said before, the people north bought in are small timers and comcast is getting itchy a about that. You tell people u are going to bring in huge sponsers and then walk in with NDHS, Rosemont and some small car dealership, well, I think that says it all.
