So if we allow you to "JUST" say this , can we move on and you get to say nothing more? If not for the day off I would not even tuned into this ego trip masquerading as a TV show. I am not in the media, I am not a TV producer and I wouldn't even normally notice this, but why does Mike North insist on a microphone like he is still on Radio? and why can't a producer tell him "NO" and then say "Mike, the microphone is so big, and you slouch down in the chair so much, it basically covers up your face and just looks like a poor production." I am not even complaining about the fact we cant see Mike, it just shows how everything he is involved in goes. His way or the right way.

But nothing better than hearing Troy Murray recount the Vancouver series this morning, from 2 weeks ago. Great stuff Mike, maybe next replay you can get me someone talking about the Sox season last year.

He may but most are not. The ratings have to be terrible. There is absolutley no buzz about that show or the webio. It is a slow show with the opinions of North. Ehough said

Anything that helps obscure North's creepy mug is a good thing.

Link? I'd love to see his ratings compared to what CSN had in the spot before.

CSW was on the signage behind home plate at US Cellular Field tonight. It's pretty sad when a startup internet radio station is outspending WSCR with advertising & promotion! And by the end of June, CSW will be going up against WSCR on the AM band.
Like it or not kids, CSW is picking up steam, and many of you guys will be listening.

Picking up steam? More like a wet fart that keeps on spuddering out.

The Score doesnt need to advertise, they are a known entity, everybody knows where they are on the dial, who they have, and what they do, which is, being the best Chicago sports radio station in the city.

The webio was an epic failure, now, they will be number three on the dial when two stations are more than enough, how in the hell is that moving forward? Its not.

I think moving to the radio dial is good for the WEBIO.
I like Fred Huebner & George Offman & Chet Coppock.
If they are on the radio,I will listen. Nice to have choices.

Coke has been in competition with Pepsi since inception, tell me, who is the score in competition with? How much advertising does ESPN do? Wait, they have a channel, other than that, nothing.

Why should the score advertise when they are a known entity in a two sport station town when they are the local flavored winner, at this point?

Coke you fucking moron? ESPN isnt Pepsi, its more diet coke, same product with a different, more national taste, an alternative when you get sick of the other, and a simple trade off from time to time. North needs to promote his bullshit, and nobody still will give two shits about it, why? Because his bullshit has a bile after taste that nobody wants wants to injest, nor any of those morons who had a cup in their hands looking for a job and got saddled with the last possible chance at working in this city, voices nobody gave too shits about when they got axed, and now they are back on the air playing to a symphony of crickets and dead air.

If you want to listen to sports talk, you tune into 670, its common chicago knowledge and theres not too many ppl in this town or the burbs who dont know that.Da fuck more do they need to do?

Hey Supercup,
Obviously, you are not in Marketing. And judging from the few messages that I have read from you, you must be a miserable basturd. You must have something good to say about something...right?

But Mike North is in marketing?
Hes spent how much money on advertisement and how much traffic is his site getting? Thats night none. Its a sinking ship, and he can waste all of Hernandez money and guess what, it will just sink deeper and deeper.

That hilarious interview was told, and read by somebody who actually knows hes lying like a cheap mexican rug in a shitty out house, they are lies.I want poof that CSW is averaging 28 minutes a click....it isnt, says Alexa, are you telling me that these fools didnt know there is a site that monitors traffic out there? Which is what your trying to say.
What does that have to do with spending money so this dormant shit has a sign on the scroll at the Sox game? Nothing cuz nobody is gonna listen, click, or watch, its that simple.

North HAS to advertise his shit, the score doesnt, and if you think about it, get free advertisement the second Norths failed venture DOES get a signal considering they are the station that punted him in the first place, every news article will start "Former Score670 host Mike North", so, even though Iam not a marketing genuis, even I can see free pub when its there, dumbass.

Something good to say???......Norths next attempt at attention should fail so miserably that he should kill himself the second they run out of money :D

The point, SuperDouche, is no matter how recognizable a brand is...theres never a time to stop advertising.

And I dont know too many people who drink coke and then grab a diet coke every so often...so your analogy doesnt even work.

cup-you made a mistake be a man admit it and move on

Then name other radio stations that advertise?
Billboards once in awhile, or a commerical here and there, appearances at places, thats pretty much it, and last time I checked the score does those things. But do they need to aggressively advertise their product to comsumers the way Coke does in its never ending battle with Pepsi, you shit caked pap smear? No.
Your comparing a consumeable product to a radio station, there you failed. If you would have said WGN, you still would have failed. The Score is the only local sport radio station in the city, they have a monopoly, if you want to listen to Chicago sports, you know where to go.
Nort has to advertise his shit, considering he thinks hes a big name, and that the millions and millions of lemmings he suppossedly has to follow him to his dormant site. Its wasted money, considering his shit show, while on the Score, was a laughing stock and an embarrassment, with the last two weeks the proverbial train wreck.Thats what ppl remember, a paranoid, hapless man, trying his damnest to get some sort of respect, yet failing. So, to make himself feel better, he enlists a stupid person to foot his bills, and surrounds himself with idiots who are even that much more hopless than him (Crappock,Hood, etc)

I, as an internet saavy guy, who mans a cash making web site, lurves this and cant wait to see it transpire. And theres no amount of advertisement that will make this garbage worth listening to, this, I can tell you.
Nothing short of strippers camming their routines will make this shit hole bump the numbers ratings wise.

Norts big thing while he was in his prime at the Score was that he was the voice of the average guy. Iam under the assumption, for the sake of this country, the average guy is a little bit smarter than this mental shit log.

ESPN advertises. ESPN has local sports talk. Theres too much wrong in your post to address all of it.
A radio station and it's shows are consumer products. If you listen...youve consumed.

So now your gonna backtrack and say the Score does the neccessary advertising?

Cup-Advertising is essential. You just lost this argument when you said the SCORE does advertise.

Go tell fake stories from your wrestling career. Or your career as an internet insult artist.
