Post subject:  Buehler Character was Sox Announcer???

Singleton, 33, was named Thursday to succeed Ed Farmer, who was promoted to play-by-play announcer when Ed Rooney left at the end of last season.

This was in Robert Feder's Friday collum. And I thought Ed Rooney was busted for child molitation.

Yeah, mixing up Ed Rooney and John Rooney is pretty dumb. But not quite as dumb as misspelling "column" or "molestation".

No tears for Tommy John here. Seems like a decent guy but I personally find him to be pretty boring.
