Call me ignorant, but I still don't understand what this is. Anyone care to explain. |

It's like Sports Radio - but on the internet/web. So, when North was removed/quit/didn't come back/left the Score and started doing his Wildfire Restaurant "web show", Mr. North immediately started to stake claim to the term "webio" (audio posted to the internet, rather than broadcast on a radIO signal). After his awesome launch, and death, of dontfademe.com he eventually moved on from the teet of Rich Melman and started the ChicagoSportsWebio site with Mr. Hernandez. Mr. North claims the entire concept as his own, except the part where people were swindeled out of their money and the Feds had to get involved. EVERYTHING about webio, except that, was/is his. He's a hero for questioning Mr. Hernandez as to why payroll checks were bouncing. Mr. North was on the webio, although it wasn't his (when it comes to the money end, as a concept it's all his). |

I went to the site and it was down. Is it going to be reopened or is it on hiatus during the investigation? |

Mr. North claims that it is not dead, and he will fight to regain control of it as it was a solid, nay cutting edge, concept that was his .... just the idea though, he had nothing to do with the millions being laundered through his idea, he was the only the idea man. |

Over the air radio broadcast + internet streaming radio broadcast - money - known whereabouts of owner - business plan - over the air radio broadcast = SportsWebio |

The Webio may or not be dead, but I have an inside source that says that Mike might be getting back into the food biz. |
