Michael Oshita definitely gets the nod from me because of the hilarious pronunciation possibilities.

Just a note to everyone that tonight will be the first of two nights to hear the four finalists on the air. This evening at 9pm, Michael and Connor will be on while myself and Javier will be on Wednesday night also at 9. Saturday is the day we find out who the winner is when the station does a remote from 115 Bourbon Street. The remote will be hosted by Laurence Holmes and will take place from 8-11pm.

I'm torn....I liked Connor McKnight the most, and Michael Oshita has the best name, but you're a long time board guy.....

Give us all a chance over the next few days and see what you think. However this shakes out it has been a great experience.

Chip is our guy. He has my vote.

When he gets on the air we can rip him mercilessly for the most minute flaws.

Since we can vote early and often (The Chicago way...), I think I'll vote once for Chip and once for Connor...and let the rest decide...

Kinda biased on this one, Connor McKnight works for me and is a solid kid.

Michael Oshito was brutal.
Conner McNight was really good. He is the clear cut winner tonight.

I'd say a good portion of the gang gets the joke.

I already like Chip better than Zaidmann.

+1

I think I'm leaning towards Elwood. Connor McKnight has this whole campaign on facebook, and plus Elwood has been down with the board since 2006, and probably before then.

I gave it my best shot last night. I hope it came off well. Javier also did a great job. We were surprised by the Green Bay Packer questions. When did Packer fans decide to invade the Chicago air waves?

It was a great experience and now its onto Saturday at 115 Bourbon Street. If you can make it out it would be great to put some faces to names from this board.

Chip, It's a 2 horse race between you & Conner.
Good luck to you both!

Kirk, regardless of whom is selected, will Mitch have made the wrong choice?

To be honest, I'm afriad that Mitch will pick Michael Oshita. Seriously.

Do you have any confidence in Mitch's ability to evaluate & hire radio guys?

Just look at his track record. Brutal. Just brutal.
