When the Ranger's "Comcast Feedback Zone Postgame Show" following tonight's White Sox/Orioles' game at U.S. Cellular Field and the Bears/Giants' NFL Preseason game concludes at Soldier Field, guess who will be on 670 The SCORE & 670thescore.com to break it all down? That's right, folks. Laurence Holmes & "Stuttering" John Melendez, I mean Dan Hampton. With Hub Arkush away this weekend, LoHo & #99 will be on instead of the "Joe & Rock Show" featuring SCORE producers Joe Ostrowski & John "Rock" Mamola, to break down tonight's second preseason game and the debut of Bears' QB Jay Cutler in front of the Soldier Field faithful. If you tune in to this "Hampton & Holmes" reunion of sorts from approximately 10p-1a tonight on WSCR, consider yourselves warned.

WSCR-CBS Manager #1 = "Let's bring back a Failed Show!"
WSCR-CBS Manager #2 = "Brilliant!!"

Truth #1: It was not a failed show. It was the highest rated show on the Score before it was yanked off the air to make room for Dan McNeil. (I personally think McNeil's show is huge improvement over Hamp & Holmes, but ratings-wise, H&H were not failures.)
Truth #2: This is just a one-time show, not a return of the show to full-time status.

I Am probably in the minority on this but, I for one am glad to have Hampt. back and doing the pre-game show. Pairing him with Hub will make for an enjoyable and informative show. People give him shit about the stuttering shit on this board, but i guarantee you pussys would not have the balls to say that shit to his face! I've had the pleasure to meet Danimal several times when he and Lo homes did their remotes on the south side last Bears season and, Dan is a gentle giant. And he knows a hell of alot more about Football than the Gutless A holes that hide behind their computers and bash him on this site.
