From the New York Times: Las Vegas home prices are now down 54.3 percent from their peak. Nort - "hey bee, we got any offers on our Vegas condos ? Bee - "good news honey, we were offered $200k for one of our condos" Nort - "but weze paid 450k for it, how is that good news?" Bee - "oh, that's bad then ?" How about the fact the guy needed to brag so much about the fact he bought "a couple of condos" on top of all of it. Plus, who wants to buy a condo in vegas. No room service and cant run up the room for a hit and a shit! then right back to the tables. |
