OG being passed up in favor of a guy not even in the business ( I don't think). |

OG is the most talentless hack on sportsradio right now. THAT is saying a lot too. When the Bulls go, hopefully he goes with 'em. |

Vandy is good. Alot of people on this board have a quicker wit then the OG, Dolgan, or J Hood. It really is pathetic. |

He is just a fan of MJH. He won a contest with Comcast last year and got to broadcast an inning of a Cubs game in New York I think? |

OG was doing a national college basketball broadcast, that is why he was not on the air! |

I can verify that statment. The OG WAS doing a national college basketball game last night. I saw him through the windows as I drove past his house. He had his Matel "My First Tape-Recorder" in hand and U Conn / Villanova on the TV. |

Anonymous wrote: FYI, he works on the Univ of Wisconsin-Parkside sports network. This is funny stuff. Where the hell is Wisconsin Parkside? Only you would know or care, but it is probably OG's future full time employer. That seems to be the right size market for OG's limited abilities.

Wisconsin doesn't use directionals like Illinois does (Northern Ill, Southern Ill, etc). The main school, equivalent to Illinois-Champaign, is UW-Madison, everything else is a poor man's UW, like Parkside, Eau Claire, Whitewater, etc. Basically, it's a small Wisconsin public college... |

But where is Parkside? |

I don't think UW-Parkside qualifies as a "national college broadcast". Get your facts straight Mrs. OG. |

These above comments prove once and for all that the 2 OG defenders on this message board are members of Mike's immediate family. Who else would possibly know OG works for the UW-Parkside Sports Network? What the hell is that? What a sad family. I actually feel bad for the guy. He is such a loser. That's gotta be a tough way to go through life. |

Quote: FYI, he works on the Univ of Wisconsin-Parkside sports network. Hysterical! This is absolutely the funniest post so far this year. How is this "network" connected? By strings and used cans of O.J. concentrate? |

I think it's like Jim Shorts' old network of stations on the old Kevin Mathews show. |

By strings and used cans of O.J. concentrate? Parkside is a Division 2 powerhouse, former NBA superstar and coach Terry Porter played at Parkside. They can probably beat DePaul. Loyola, UIC, NIU,, The team is very popular in Racine-Kenosha area. So get your facts straight. I believe that Dave Wills used to broadcast there games. |

President Haywood wrote: Dave Wills sucks. You're not helping your argument... I am not interested in defending the OG, in fact I believe he is a fill in host on the Southeast Wisconsin Basketball report, which is on several low watt radio stations in the area. I do not believe he has anything directly to do with UW Parkside. Just pointing out that Parkside is a solid Division 2 program. |

On the air, Ogolnick mentioned that he calls high school football, baseball and basketball games in that part of Wisconsin. |

I'll bet those ratings are huge with the great OG calling those games. He's good for attendance, because people will go to the games so they won't have to listen to him and his dimwitted stories.

This thread has all of the makings for another 28 pages because the OG is mentioned. Big Fan, I would recommend killing this thread before it becomes like the other OG thread. |
