Post subject:  new 2-6pm show Saturday: Rodewald & Wolf
Fans of Bruce Wolf will be able to get a double dose of him starting later today. First, Bruce will be the fill-in Sports Anchor at NBC5 tonight.
Then tomorrow, Bruce will be on The Score from 2-6pm, co-hosting a show with Matt Rodewald.

Don't get too excited...There's only one reason why Matt "The Dancing Fool" Rodewald & his NBC5 teammate Bruce Wolf have an airshift following the first of countless offseason editions of "White Sox Weekly" with Brian "The Whipping Boy" Paruch tomorrow. Just like the Bears in the NFL, it's a bye week for Northern Illinois in college football and 670 needs to fill 4 hours... Look at it this way as well. Do you really want to hear Sporting News Radio live from Los Angeles instead? I didn't think so...

I like Wolf, but Rodewald is bad. Why not let Goff or Drinky host this rather than Wolf & Rodewald?

Would I rather hear Sporting News radio over Bruce Wolf? Absolutely.

For reasons even SHARK can't figure, Bruce Wolf & "Mully & Hanley's" update guy Mark Grote have local sports talk between 9a-Noon Sunday due in part to the Bears/Falcons' "Sunday Night Football" start. Saturday, following the Brian "The Whipping Boy" Paruch/Steve Rosenbloom wakeup call from 8a-Noon, Hub Arkush holds court with Dan Hampton between Noon-4:30p. Hub's on Westwood One duty Sunday night, so Laurence Holmes reunites with #99 for the Bears' pre from Horseshoe Casino between 4-7:20p and brings Chicago sports talk to a screeching halt in the process.

According to the updated 670thescore.com online schedule, Bruce Wolf is getting ANOTHER AIRSHIFT! He & Matt "The Dancing Fool" Rodewald host local sports talk this Saturday 4-8p, following NIU football and the return of Chris "The Ranger" Rongey hosting "Chicago White Sox Weekly: Presented by U.S. Cellular".

Who the fuck cares who's on the Score 2-6 on Saturdays? I'm watching college football. Sports talk is great and I'm a fan, but not when there's actual sports to watch happening.
