The man who funded Mike North's Webio sports venture, only to immediately sink it after an alleged multimillion dollar Ponzi scheme was exposed, plans to admit wrongdoing and plead guilty in his federal case this January.

David Hernandez, who went on the lam and attempted suicide when his purported schemes were made public, has been living in his Downers Grove home under house arrest since September. He suffered ill effects from his suicide attempt, which included ingesting rat poison and other drugs, his lawyer said.

Hernandez faces "substantial" time in prison, and under his plea, he's required to make restitution to victims, some of whom are suing him civilly, Hernandez's lawyer told the Chicago Sun-Times on Monday.

I wanted Hernandez to go to trial and I would sell beer outside Federal Court the day North would take the stand for the Government....

Damn....the comedy we are being denied because this Hernandez is copping out....

I would seriously consider investing in a legit internet based radio station, especially since Ford & GM both plan to offer cars next year with WiFi.
