Meet Don Dziedzina, Tribune's new Outdoors columnist


The great outdoors is back in the Tribune. And I am eager to share my experiences and inform readers each week.

With more than 25 years of experience writing outdoor columns, my passion for the subject continues to grow.

I am also the producer and host of the " Illinois Outdoors" TV show, which is seen throughout most of the northern half of Illinois, northwest Indiana and southwest Michigan.

I also co-host the "Fishing Line and Outdoor Radio Show," a syndicated program that has been on the air for more than 26 years.

Fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors in the Chicago area is a good part of my life. Sharing my stories with you, I hope to take the experience to a new level.
