Silvy and Carm had Bulls play-by-play announcer Neil Funk on today. During the interview, Funk asked who Bryan Dolgin was (Dolgin now doing Bulls pre and post 'til the end of the season). Silvy then said something like, "Dolgin is better than the OG... as a man," or something like that.

The OG didn't bother me and I actually do wish him luck in Texas, but still... I think that just furthers the idea that OG didn't leave a good impression on his AM-1000 co-workers.

They already removed OG from the website. That was fast!

No shit. They don't even bother to mention that Dolgin replaced OG. They make it sound as though he was there all along...

They've had their finger on the delete button for months.

BTW, I don't mean to insult the guy, but the new SC anchor on 1000 I don't care for. His updates are ok, but his voice is not there. His voice has no enthusiasm. I think his name is Scott Bertram or something.

Scot (with one T as Mac reminds us) Bertram is MJH's coordinating producer, he may just be doing updates for some extra $$$. He's got a great "voice" it just lacks "umph," it's very matter-of-fact. His updates have a retro feel to them, like he should end them with "Thanks for calling SportsPhone, next update at 8PM." He follows in the footsteps of one Mr. Daniel Bernstein in that he was involved with the Rockford Lightning organization.
