This is actually kind of sad. The "Whipping Boy" likely had a low interest ARM and now has to dump his house before he's foreclosed on. That's actually a stand-up move on his part rather than just mailing the keys to the bank. But its sad to look at that nice home and picture the poor "Whipping Boy" taking his boxes over to an apartment after giving up his slice of the American Dream. Good luck. |

He's writing a blog identifying the people who are selling these homes. Just on that page he is identifying corporate executives, dentists, and collectors (wtf?). If I was on that list, I wouldn't be too happy. |
