They are doing a piece on Anderson Cooper swimming with sharks and someone makes a comment about how this is Coopers “colonoscopy piece”, obviously making a reference to Harry Smith from the channel 2 national show having his procedure filmed for tv and as they are going to break, Mike says Anderson Cooper has had a few colonoscopy in his life, which Iwas a reference to him being gay……This is what CBS2 wants? This is what they find funny, this is bathroom humor and it shows clearly that Pappy is desperate and still has the gay phobia he has always had. Also, Susan Carlson moved her chair away from pappy once he said it, clearly a good move.

That show is still on?? Sounds like a suspension worthy comment coming from a "news" program. If only anyone other than you had actually watched it there would be outrage.

A "colonoscopy" is a good description of what North gave to his buddies on that webio fiasco. Dumbo should shut up.

So he threw a dig at a gay guy,big deal! Last week I saw Brad Garrett on stage making fun of Asians, old people, married people, etc. Everybody laughed! I guess what flies in a comedy club does not fly on some kind of "news" show though.

The only thing surprising about this story is that people saw Brad Garrett do stand up and laughed.

My point is that pappy is trying to brand himself as a professional, thats his new gimmick and when says stuff like that, it justmakes the career death spiral he is in worse. Also, by the reactions of those at the table, it didnt go over well, it was a pure cheap shot and maybe it would work on sports radio, but on tv, it came off pathetic.

He is a clown, all he is missing the makeup.

I still think they will suspend him. It will be free publicity. The show will suck just a bit less when he is gone. Its a win win situation for everyone.

I enjoy Rodeo's posts on all-things Mike North.
I find it informative not hypocritical.

Seems to me that the name RodeoVann has been around a long time - were you one of McNeil's "guys" back in the Heavy Fuel days? (I know you've been on this board for a long time, just trying to remember if you were one of the original Scoreheads back when the station fired up the 820 signal)

Anyway, I have to agree that the policing that Rodeo does on North consistently goes well into compulsiveville for me. I read long-winded posts detailing minute by minute what he said on a given show - seems that Rodeo is always on top of what he is up to next etc.

Don't get me wrong, I find North to be a car wreck as well - but Rodeo's continued claim that North is an asshat-a tool-a fool-a complete waste of space etc, well that claim just seems to be hollow with as much documenting as you do of the guy. I click on to the CBS site once in awhile to check out the latest goings-on, and to see just HOW BAD it all is, but continually claiming that you "had a free hour" or that you "flipped on" his show seems to be nothing but lies. I won't say obsessed, but damn you really do spend a decent amount of time watching AND documenting the walking trainwreck known as Mike North.

Again, I guess it wouldn't set off my BS Detector so much if you didn't always pepper in a disclaimer about how you just happen to have time etc.

If a guy went on-air with a BS lawsuit claim against me, I'd make it my life's work to chronicle every minute of the train wreck his professional life had become.

Keep it up, RV.

Oh, yah, that's right ... did he start claiming that he was going to sue RodeoVann et all at the start of the Comcast show....or was that at the tail-end of his reign at The Score? I had forgotten that there was an actual "incident". Thanks.

Would love a recap of that.

to be fair to me..lol...i did review a few wildfire shows, not all, i more or less ignored monsters in the money and the only reason i catch m&m is because i am up at 430, so yea i turn it on for my own personal amusment.

the north lawsuit for me was him saying others and myself sent letters to "his sponsers" when he made a off hand obama comment, i actually never sent a email or letter, but he claimed i did. i called him and he took my call and i asked him to produce a letter with my signature or a email with my email address on it, still waiting..lol

Oh those great score days. The wheels began falling off and the large ego took over. North is an asswipe and deserves ALL THE RIDICULE HE RECEIVES. Hope the fucker is out of work again very soon.

How's that for a subtle response to your question.

North is the king of "mistakes' of who sent what to who.

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember North ripping into Paciorek when he revealed that he was molested by a priest when he was a child. I seem to remember him saying something like, "I'se don't know but if someone did dat to me, I'se wouldn't have let it go on repeatedly. Ida told my old man da first time. Kinda makes youse wonder ya know. I'se not sayin' I'se just sayin'.

No, you heard correctly. North was blaming the victim. I'm sure in his world, this latest round of child molesting by church priests is the fault of the kids. Kind of like Senate pages and interns throwing themselves at Sen. Mark Foley a few years ago, according to Matt Drudge.
