Christopher Hubble posted on facebook "For one reason or another, WSCR Management has decided NOT to do a post game show for Hawk playoff hockey. This is a mistake. We need to get as many people as possible to join this group and show Score management that real hockey fans want a real post game show, not the pablum spewed on WGN (or WIND). Spread the word, get this show on the air!!" My response: Another great programming move by Mitch Rosen. I wouldn't let him program my DVR if i had one. |

I have to agree. No Hawk post-game is a bad move. Jay and Rosie would be a good pairing for a Hawk post. They are the only two that know hockey on the station. |

You already have live, local sports talk latenights with Les Grobstein on 670 The SCORE & 670thescore.com. With respect to Jay Zawaski, it's not necessary to have him talking Blackhawk playoff hockey, unless the Grobber wants to have him on after the games... |

Actually, I have, but Eaglo, Jay was doing Blackhawk postgame shows long before SportsRadio 670 brought the Grobber back last summer and started doing live, local sports talk after 10p again...Jay has his place, but I think the Grobber & Matt Abbatacola, scheduled to host following the Ranger's White Sox Radio Network postgame show around 10p-ish or so, should incorporate Zawaski into their shows to break down the quest for Lord Stanley's Cup... |
